Terms of Service

1. Service

Courrier is a service that lets you send printed postcards by email or through our web application. Photos are printed and mailed via La Poste in France through our partner Merci Facteur.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to use Courrier. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account.

3. Payments

Postcards are charged per card sent. The account owner is responsible for all charges incurred by authorized senders on their recipients. Prices are displayed before sending. Refunds are issued automatically if printing fails.

4. Content

You are responsible for the photos and messages you send. Do not send content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to refuse printing of any content.

5. Privacy

We store your email, recipient addresses, and photos to provide the service. Photos are stored on Cloudflare R2. We do not sell your data. Recipient addresses are shared only with our print partner for delivery.

6. Liability

Courrier is provided "as is". We are not liable for delivery delays, print quality issues beyond our control, or any damages arising from use of the service. Delivery times are estimates provided by La Poste.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
